This website provides resume writing services for individuals and for businesses. They have a nice tips section where everyone looking for a job can find some encouraging and useful information. I think the website is quite alright in terms of customer-friendliness, I did not experience any troubles with that. The only thing one has to remember is that this is an Australian company. So be mindful of the time difference.

Support

The working hours of this company are 9 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday. These guys have offices in 4 cities in Australia: Sidney, Brisbane, Perth, and Melbourne. The phone number and email address are the same for all 4 offices. Strange, huh? If you don’t live in Australia, don’t forget to check the time of the day there before contacting this company… or just find another company that works round the clock and can serve you better.

Price

I needed a resume for myself to find a new job. Here, my mid-career resume would cost me from $399 to $699 depending on how many consultations we arranged. Resume and cover letter package would cost from $598 to $898, depending on the same criterion. I thought it was just too expensive for me. Besides, I was looking for a job at US, so I thought that relying on Australian resume company would be unreasonable in this case.

Speed

The cheapest resume with 1 consultation takes 2-3 days to deliver; once again it’s for mid-career resumes. If you choose 2-stage discussion, then it will take 4-5 days to get your resume done. And prepare to wait for 6-7 days if you order resume writing with 3 consultation sessions.

Quality

Time zone, orientation for Australian employers, HIGH prices… of course all of those factors convinced me that I needed to find another service.
