Prices here are more than affordable. For instance, starter’s resume is $49 only! They also have numerous paid options the other services don’t offer (like different types of cover letters, filling in application form and LinkedIn profile). For standard resume and cover letter I paid $80.

What I found a big disadvantage became an absence of live chat. From my own experience, the companies who take real care of their customers do have a chat on all pages so the consumers could get in touch straightaway. But what became a pleasant surprise is that they have writer’s bios and pictures on the site, which is the sign your resume is being written by a professional US writer.

Quality of writing and support

I received my package in around 3 days. Everything was good, except the phone consultant I spoke to over the phone. He was not very polite and evoked the desire to cancel the order and place it with someone who knows how to talk with customers.

Summary

All in all, I was quite satisfied by the writing. However, the customer support disappointed me and that’s the reason I cannot recommend these services. Check this site – there are some websites whose clients are satisfied with proper support.
